Jan. 27--ELON -- After assistant coach Joel Justus planted a kiss on the top of Montell Watson's head, back in one of the Elon University basketball offices earlier this week, assistant coach David Willson entered and jokingly asked Watson how his shoulders felt. Figuratively, it was an appropriate question because Watson just had finished carrying Elon to an overtime victory minutes before. His 15 points in the final 5A' minutes provided the Phoenix with enough to take care of Furman.
