Jan. 27--SPRING VALLEY LAKE -- With four days to before the recall election meeting, a group seeking to recall the Spring Valley Lake board of directors unveiled its slate of candidates and said the existing board has depleted the association's once healthy reserve fund.
Recall coordinator Richard Leabow said Andy Bhatia, Elaine Trahan, Richard Roberts, William Lyons will be on the slate of recall candidates. The Coalition for Management Reform is not seeking to recall incumbent board member Paul Berger. Two more candidates would be confirmed in the next day or two, Lebow said.
