Phil Heath has taken the bodybuilding world by storm. At only 25, he made a dynamic entrance into the pro ranks--a milestone many bodybuilders take far longer to achieve. Heath attributes much of his fast-track success to two things: great genetics and a diet plan high in lean red meat.
