Jan. 30--KINGWOOD -- The woman poked her head through the back door, looked at the dim, nearly empty lobby and asked "Is this not a bank anymore?" No, it isn't, but it will be months before work begins to transform the former WesBanco Kingwood into Preston County's courthouse annex.
