KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 30 Asia Pulse - Fima Corporation Berhad's (KLSE:(3107) wholly-owned subsidiary, FCB Management Sdn Bhd, is to acquire a 32.5 per cent equity interest of the proposed enlarged issued and paid up share capital of PT Nunukan Jaya Lestari (NJL).
FCB will acquire 1,500 existing ordinary shares from Datuk Andi Yakin bin Mapasere (also known as Muhamad Sampa) and 5,000 new ordinary shares to be issued by NJL for a total cash consideration of RM13 million (US$3.5 million), Fima said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Jan 27.
