Two brothers who grew up helping out in their father's restaurant, now own an eatery.
Brothers John and Carmen Scianna operate Italian Pizza Kitchen at 11 Monaco in Roselle. Their father, Tom, assists in the restaurant.
"It's a family operation," said John, 23. He said the Italian restaurant features a large menu where pizza is a highlight as well as dishes including lasagna, chicken vesuvio, pastas made fresh to order and sandwiches.
