Jan. 31--OCEANSIDE ---- Some South Oceanside property owners have a simple question for City Hall: What about us? Members of the new South Beach Property Owners' Association citizens group, formed about a month ago, said they want the city to extend zoning ---- currently limited to the city's downtown redevelopment ---- to include all property west of Coast Highway.
