SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Francisco Elson went back to the bench Tuesday night. He puts it another way.
"Back to reality," he said.
Elson had started the previous 17 games at center for the Denver Nuggets in place of Marcus Camby.
But Camby, who missed 15 games because of a fractured right pinkie and then came off the bench for two, was back in the starting lineup against Sacramento.
Elson said it's tough being back in a reserve role. But Elson believes he has shown he's a player capable of logging significant minutes as he prepares to become a restricted free agent this summer.
