Las Vegas - Heralding a new evolution in disc repair, VenMill Industries plans to offer its OptoClear Skip-Away, a consumer CD/DVD/game disc buffing system designed for home applications of optical disc repair and maintenance. The unit has a self-contained changeable cartridge for conditioning fluid and buffing pads.
The company, based in Webster, Mass., estimates the Skip-Away can handle 50 repairs and 500 cleanings. It comes complete with slide loader and front LCD display counter and indicator lights. Six colors will be available when the unit is shipped late third ...
