Feb. 1--NORWALK -- How could the decor at One Selleck Street be anything other than nautical?
Located on the east shore of the Norwalk River and featuring a 50-slip marina, One Selleck Street -- also known as Shore Pointe -- is a 58,000 square foot office building heavily decked out with nautical art, furniture and adornments. Home to an eclectic assortment of about 20 tenants, including Head sporting goods, One Selleck is owned by Matan Property Management.
Glass-enclosed model ships hang from the walls of the main lobby, giving visitors a taste of the maritime motif that continues throughout the five-story building.
