ALL POLITICS may be local, but the local results in Tuesday's special election for a state Senate seat in Loudoun County will reverberate across the commonwealth.
The verdict could even impact the outcome of this year's mammoth debate over transportation funding - and not just because a single vote will be lost or gained.
