Residential and commercial real estate in both Marion and Alachua counties has been on the upswing, as the economy in both communities has continued to grow.
Paddock Park Development, under construction, is a 272-acre mixed-use development on State Road 200 in Ocala. Jon Barber, Vice President of Palmer Realty Associates Inc., the developer behind Paddock Park, explains that when complete, Paddock Park will contain residential, retail and office space.
Ultimately, 100 acres of the development will be residential, incorporating apartments and a gated, zero-lot-line patio home community.
