Feb. 3--A registered sex offender with previous convictions for exposing himself in public was arrested again early Thursday on an indecent exposure complaint. Scott Matthew Brackett, 43, was arrested about 3 a.m. and booked into the Tulsa Jail. He posted bond about 10:30 a.m., jail records show. Later Thursday, Brackett was charged with one count of indecent exposure. He had been sentenced in 2001 to four years in prison in connection with three previous indecent exposure arrests. One June 2001 arrest occurred less than 48 hours after a judge had put him on probation for a previous indecent exposure.
