Feb. 4--A parking garage, on-street parking and roundabouts are all being looked at for downtown Gilbert. An engineering consultant, Carter & Burgess, has been studying the area for three months, reviewing a variety of proposals and ideas offered by town officials and volunteers.

Some may be unattainable or financially unrealistic, while others may be made a priority in the near future as new development, including two restaurants, are being planned.
