MUNDELEIN, Ill., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Circle Group Holdings , announced today that their Board of Directors have approved a change of the company name from Circle Group Holdings, Inc. to Z-Trim Holdings. This change is subject to shareholder approval. Immediately following shareholder approval the trading symbol will be changed from CXN to ZTM, the cusip number will be changed and new certificates will be issued to replace all existing shares. "In keeping with our efforts to build Z-Trim into a major force in the fight against global obesity, we are positioning our company to focus all our resources on Z-Trim," said Greg Halpern CEO, Circle Group Holdings.
