Feb. 4--QUESTION: I've been trying to figure out how to put a picture within another picture. The first picture would be the background and the second picture would be on top of the background.
How could I make it wallpaper with this kind of picture-in-picture look? I'm lost ... please help.

ANSWER: Your solution lies in a couple of little-known features of the Paint program built into Microsoft Windows, Mr. I. They are simple features once you've been told about them.
