Try this quick kabob for a mid-week supper. Fresh tuna and ginger root are key ingredients in these Honey Ginger Tuna Kabobs with Asian Noodles.
I prefer to use fresh ginger root instead of ginger powder. A quick way to chop ginger is to peel off the skin, cut it into small pieces and place in a garlic press with large holes. Even a press with small holes will press the juice out of the ginger, and that will be enough to flavor the marinade for the tuna. This same marinade is used to stir-fry the noodles.
