LATE one night last week, I was making another forecast of big trouble for our economy. What set me off were the figures just released by the Central Bank that show we have now burdened ourselves with a record breaking level of personal debt.
The figures came on top of a recent ESRI report which said 'dangerous euphoria' is 'possibly clouding the judgment of individual households'.
