[check] This checklist introduces the concept of the psychological contract from the employee's point of view. The psychological contract is the name given to the unwritten expectations between employer and employee.
In the past the psychological contract implied that an employee could expect job security and adequate rewards from their employer in exchange for hard work and loyalty. Today the new psychological contract relies more on an unwritten agreement that your employer will assist you to develop your skills in order to maintain your marketability.
