MELVILLE, N.Y., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Park Electrochemical Corp. announced the appointment of Steven L. Garrette as Park's Executive Director of Global Business Development-Advanced Composites. In this new position, Mr. Garrette will be responsible for developing Park's advanced composites business in all parts of the world, with special emphasis in Asia. Mr. Garrette will report to Brian Shore, Park's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Garrette had been President of FiberCote Industries, Inc., Park's advanced composite materials business unit located in Waterbury, Connecticut, from November 2001 through August 2005.
