Feb. 6--It's one of the most stately office buildings in Helena, and perhaps one of the least understood. Its 90 employees have little interaction with the public -- and these days, the public needs a good reason to even get in the door.

It's the 85-year-old Helena branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis on Neill Avenue -- part of the infrastructure of the country's money system.
