NEW YORK -- NBA fans won't have to walk too far to catch the excitement of NBA All-Star 2006 when NBA TV, the league's 24-hour television network, launches an innovative, full-court approach to reach fans when the 2006 NBA All-Star Game takes place at the Toyota Center in Houston on Sunday, Feb. 19.
