Feb. 8--TWIN FALLS -- A Wal-Mart spokeswoman says the giant retailer is going forward with plans to build a 205,000-square-foot superstore in Twin Falls. Whether that store will be open 24 hours and include a tire center and drive-through pharmacy remains unclear. "We are indeed planning to submit a building permit within the next few weeks," said Karianne Fowler, regional public affairs manager in Wal-Mart's Boise office.
