Belarussian KGB sources say Polish embassy in Minsk organizing spy network
MINSK. FEBRUARY 8. (INTERFAX) - The Polish diplomatic mission in Minsk has become a center for foreign special service agents, anonymous sources in the Belarussian State Security Committee (KGB) said on TV.
"The Polish embassy [in Minsk] serves a field station for foreign special services," a KGB officer, who asked not to be identified, said in "Agent 590", a program broadcast on state-run Belarussian television BT Tuesday evening.
Belarussian special services "have uncovered instances of espionage," the officer said.
