Feb. 8--Most people badly want to be accepted when moving into a new community, and that feeling is no less intense for an incoming business.

Faithful Companions co-owner Diana Ross can relate to this situation. She recalled how one person spread the word about her company to area residents.

Before Diana and her husband, Ken Ross, who co-owns Companions, moved to Euclid, one resident expressed dismay to another after a previous caregiver stole goods from the other's elderly mother.
