INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Poland will announce a tender for telecom services for the entire Polish government administration and expects to reduce costs by 20-40% by integrating services, Polish Transport and Construction Minister Jerzy Polaczek said during a conference summing up 100 days of the new government Thursday.
