You're at the company holiday party and your boss moseys over to chat. To make sure you're heard over the din, you lean in as you tell her what a great time you're having. Then the unthinkable happens: She draws back slightly. And that's when it hits you--your breath stinks.
Bad breath, or halitosis, affects more than 90 million Americans and may signal ailments such as periodontal disease or infections. But the number one cause of bad breath? Bacteria that hang out in the back of your mouth and produce stinky sulfur-containing gases. Everyone has them--though some of us produce more. So to keep your breath smelling sweet, try these tips.
