Calling the proposed dog-breeding kennel near Little Falls, Minn., a health "nuisance," neighbors of the kennel sued its owner, the property owner and Morrison County on Wednesday for failing to environmentally assess the land. The plaintiffs also plan to ask the county to rescind the conditional-use permit that allows the kennel because of "incomplete and inaccurate information" provided by kennel owner Gary McDuffee, said Marshall Tanick, the plaintiffs' Minneapolis attorney.
