Feb. 11--TULSA -- The Del City Eagles had hoped to take Muskogee to the brink in the first round of the Class 5A Dual State Wrestling Tournament on Friday night at the John Q. Hammons Arena. They did that -- but it wasn't enough as the No. 3-ranked Roughers edged No. 7 Del City 33-27. Muskogee advanced to face No. 2 Ponca City at 1 p.m. today.
