Feb. 12--A note to readers: When the beloved George Tucker died last year, hundreds of readers of The Virginian-Pilot asked us to continue publishing a history column. On Sunday, the newspaper debuted "A Moment in Time" by Dan Roberts. Maybe you've heard Roberts on the radio.
