HONG KONG -- Radica Games Limited (NASDAQ:RADA) took home a T.O.T.Y. (Toy of the Year) Award for the top Electronic Entertainment Toy of the Year for 20Q Saturday night at the sixth annual T.O.T.Y. Awards ceremony.
