Feb. 14--Scrap fretting about whether you'll randomly wander into somebody who tickles your fancy. And forget the tired pick-up lines. Just in time for Valentine's Day, speed dating has arrived in Aberdeen. At least it has for those in college. About 40 students from Northern State University and Presentation College were on hand last week for a night of speed dating at NSU. Speed dating is a national craze especially popular in larger cities. Here's how it works: -- Willing men and women in search of dates register and meet at a set time and location.
