TAMPA, Fla. -- The Melting Pot Restaurants Inc., the nation's largest fondue restaurant franchise, held its 100th Location Celebration in Pasadena, Calif. last Monday, February 6th to commemorate the opening of its 100th restaurant. During the event, one lucky fondue fan won the grand prize trip for two to Switzerland - the birthplace of fondue. The Melting Pot of Pasadena opened on December 15th, 2005 at 88 W. Colorado Blvd. to become The Melting Pot's 100th restaurant.
