Orlando, Fla. -- Wiss & Co. refused to stand for reelection as auditor for Airship International Ltd. following what the accountants described as a series of "disagreements" with management at the Orlando, Fla. company.
In addition, accountants at Wiss raised concerns about "significant related party transactions" by the client, including questions about the treatment of a gain on the sale of airship components to an entity owned in part by a shareholder of the company.
