SANTA CLARA, Calif. _ Every time Arab American comedian Aron Kader heard the phrase "Axis of Evil," he and the other comics with Middle Eastern roots cringed.
Then, they responded as any socially conscious funnyman would: They blasted stereotypes and undermined the rhetoric through humor on stage.
Kader, who performs with Iranian-American comic Maz Jobrani and Egyptian-American comedian Ahmed Ahmed, has tried to raise awareness of their communities and the Middle East through the Axis of Evil Comedy Tour.
