The owner of a former Wonder Bread factory in Dorchester is shopping the one-time bakery that once churned out masses of sugar-saturated pastries in what he contends is a sweet deal for the right developer.
Newton resident Hal Cohen, whose family took over the defunct bakery nearly 25 years ago, is now searching for a buyer who will breathe new life into the building.
