SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Louis Rogers, President of Triple Net Properties, LLC, announced today the sale of University Heights on behalf of T REIT, Inc., a public company qualified as a real estate investment trust. The disposition closed on January 31, 2006.
University Heights was sold to ARI University Heights L.P. and other certain related parties, who represented themselves. Alan Grilliette and Jeff Brown of Transwestern represented the seller. University Heights was originally purchased in August 2002.
