Mahabharat Motors to invest Rs 1,125 cr in mobike factory
Kolkata, Feb 15 (PTI) Mahabharat Motors Manufacturing Pvt Limited, a joint venture between Salim Group of Indonesia and Universal Success, is investing Rs 1,125 crore for setting up a state-of-the-art motor-cycle manufacturing facility at Howrah in West Bengal.
Chief executive of Salim Group Beni Santoso said that the state government has given 65 acres to the company for setting up the factory, adding that the initial plant capacity would be 60,000 units in the first year.
