Financial market not yet fully-fledged investment instrument - Medvedev
MOSCOW. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The Russian financial market has had good growth, but it has not yet become a fully-fledged instrument for attracting investment, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said.
"At the moment it is not tailored for long-term use and Russian companies prefer to receive large loans and make placements abroad," Medvedev said at a government meeting on Thursday.
