A SINISTER symbol of Nazi power has been raised from the muddy depths of a South American river after more than 60 years.The 6ft-high bronze eagle, clutching a swastika in its talons, was bolted to the hull of the German battleship the Admiral Graf Spee, which was scuttled by its captain following the famous Battle of the River Plate in 1939.
