Feb. 17--This wasn't the first time that Carlos Arroyo has been overlooked and underestimated. If everything works in Orlando, it might be the last time. Although 7-foot Darko Milicic, 20, was the centerpiece of the Magic trade Wednesday with the Detroit Pistons, the addition of Arroyo in the deal is what made it especially attractive for Orlando.
