NEW YORK -- Harvey Weinstein, chief executive officer of West Mill Clothes, was found alive but in a weakened condition late Monday following an 11-day kidnapping.
The New York City Police Department and FBI officials, in a press conference at 1 Police Plaza at 5:30 p.m., said Weinstein was found at 2:20 p.m. in an 11-foot-deep hole at 159th Street and Edgecomb Avenue, in upper Manhattan.
Earlier, police arrested Fermin Rodriguez, a sewing machine operator at Weinstein's Queens-based formalwear firm. Police said he worked in concert with Francisco Antonio Rodriguez, believed to be his brother.
