Youths from 13 local schools and youth programs are producing posters, billboards, editorials and radio and television announcements promoting healthy choices as part of the "Clear Minds Clear Messages" media campaign.
The Syracuse Onondaga Drug and Alcohol Abuse Commission offers the project as an educational tool against the dangers of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.
Local youths create media messages about healthy choices and healthy lifestyles and the dangers of substance abuse.
Schools and youth programs then select three entries in each of the project categories - graphic illustration, radio ...
