A COUPLE'S dream life in the country was destroyed by a snooty neighbour from hell who regarded people from Birmingham as 'chavs'.
Hilary Carling would hurl torrents of abuse at Anthony and Jill Clemow whenever they stepped out of their holiday home in the tiny Norfolk village of Weasenham St Peter.
Carling, 53, considered anyone from Birmingham as common and shouted crude sexual insults at Mr Clemow, repeatedly called him a "chav", a "spiv" and "a disgusting little man".
In fact, Mr Clemow, a 63-year-old retired civil engineer, and his wife live in Sir Harry's Road, Edgbaston, where the average property costs ...
