Feb. 18--LIMA -- Ruby Shawler saw a notice in the paper about a tent revival and decided she needed to go. It was 1954. Something clicked. "When I saw those people and met them and everything, I knew," she said. Shawler, who will be 88 next month, found her church home in Woodlawn Baptist Church. She is a charter member and has been Sunday school secretary since the beginning. "I'm old-fashioned. ... I guess the Lord must have given it to me," Shawler said.
