TO COOK Preparation: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 15 minutes. Serves 2 . Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas 6.
. Lay out the black pudding slices at one end of an ovenproof dish.
. At the other end of the dish, lay out the diced apples.
. Layer over the apples with the onions then pinch over the mace.
. Drizzle all over with olive oil and salt and bake in the oven.
