Feb. 21--SINGAPORE -- The aerospace and defence giant EADS is seeking to further consolidate its presence in fast-growing Asia-Pacific, aiming to boost its sales in the region to 30 percent of its overall revenue by 2015.

Tom Enders, chief executive of the European industrial group, yesterday outlined the target in a region where superpowers China and India are poised to lead the market opportunities.

EADS has been raising its presence largely through increasing sales from its commercial aircraft division, Airbus.
