NEW YORK -- Yarn Fair International, which winds up its three-day run today, has exceeded expectations in several ways -- but none more than in the extensive variety of yarns shown.
The show's range of yarns stretched from rayon and acrylic microfibers, polypropylenes, a new spandex and new acrylic developments to wools, natural cottons and yarns dyed with vegetable and insect dyes and many blends of about everything.
The Fair is being held in the New York Sheraton Towers, for the first time, and the new location -- with the exception of some registration tie-ups opening day -- has received rave reviews from just about everybody. Attendance after two ...
