ATLANTA, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- National Data Corporation (NYSE: NDC) announced today an agreement with Chemical Bank to provide merchant processing services for Chemical's entire New York branch network and middle market customers.
The agreement calls for NDC to provide merchant processing and support functions for referrals originating from Chemical Bank.
NDC will provide sales, customer support, risk monitoring and network authorization for the business referred through the Chemical Bank branches while coordinating marketing with Chemical's merchant business unit.
