Ottawa, Ontario - SiGe Semiconductor today reported that revenues for 2005 were US $31.8 million, an increase of 63 percent over 2004 revenues of $19.5 million. Sales were fuelled by the growing demand for SiGe's radio front end integrated circuits (ICs), which deliver performance and manufacturing efficiencies to WLAN, WiMAX, Bluetooth and Global Positioning by Satellite (GPS) applications.
